Where your stock is

The Stock page answers one question: where is every unit right now? It splits your stock into the office, the road and your agents, and tells you what to reorder before you run out.

The readouts

Readout What it counts
In the office Units at your base, ready to send out.
In transit Units sent to an agent by stock transfer that haven't been marked received.
With agents Units your agents hold, ready for delivery.
Running low Products whose office stock is at or below their alert level.
Delivered Units handed to customers.

Tap In transit, With agents or Delivered to open the matching tab.

The sections

  • Restock soon lists products that are low in the office, or that will run out within about two weeks at the current pace. Each shows days left and a suggested reorder amount. Tap Buy to record a purchase.
  • On the road lists stock transfers waiting to be received. Tap Received when the agent has the goods.
  • Low with agents shows products an agent is low on or out of. Tap Send more to top them up.
  • Every product shows office, in transit, with agents, total and pace for each product, with Buy and Send buttons.

Pace is the units delivered per day over the last 30 days. Totals leave out combos, because combos are made from other products' stock.

If some delivered orders have item names that don't match any product, a warning tells you those lines didn't take stock out. Tap it to fix them under Order links. See Buy, write off and correct stock.

How a delivered order takes stock

Nothing comes out of stock when an order is placed or dispatched. Units leave when the order is marked Delivered:

  1. If an agent is set on the order, the units come out of that agent's stock.
  2. Anything the agent doesn't hold comes out of the office.
  3. If no agent is set, everything comes out of the office.

For example, Chika in Port Harcourt holds 3 bottles and delivers an order for 4. Her stock goes to 0 and the office goes down by 1.

If you move a delivered order back to another stage, the units go back to where they came from.

The office count can go below zero. That means units went out that were never recorded coming in. Fix it by recording the purchase, or with a correction.

Good to know

  • Set the agent on an order before you mark it Delivered, so stock comes off the right person.
  • The alert level is Warn me at on each product. If it's blank, Kushi uses 5.
  • Stock never changes from the product form. Use Buy stock, transfers and corrections so History can explain every unit.
  • See Send stock to agents and Buy, write off and correct stock.
