Set up in 10 minutes
You can take your first order today. Create your store, confirm your email, then follow the checklist on the Today screen.
1. Create your store
Open the sign-up page at sales.kushi.ng/signup. The form asks for:
- Business name: the name buyers see on your store and tracking pages.
- Store address: the short name in your store link. Use at least 3 lowercase letters or numbers, with hyphens if you need them. The form fills it in from your business name and shows a preview of your link as you type. Some words, like "shop" or "orders", are kept by Kushi.
- Your name, Email and Password (at least 8 characters).
Choose Create my store. Your workspace starts a 14-day trial with Scale features straight away. See Plans and billing.
2. Confirm your email
Kushi sends a link to the email you signed up with. Tap it, then choose I've confirmed it. The app opens once your email is confirmed. If the email has not arrived after a minute, check spam, or use the resend button on the same screen.
3. Work through "Get set up" on Today
The Today screen shows a card called Ready your store for orders, with a count such as "Get set up · 2 of 5". Each step has a button that takes you straight to it, and ticks itself when the step is done.

Add a product
Choose Open, then New product. Enter what it sells for and what it costs you. The cost is how Kushi works out your profit after delivery. Your store link starts taking orders once you have a product.
Add a delivery agent
Choose Open, then Add agent. Add one agent for each state you ship to, for example a rider in Lagos and another in Abuja. Every plan has unlimited agents.
Share your store link
Choose Copy link and paste it in your WhatsApp status, Instagram bio and ads. A good test is to send the link to yourself on WhatsApp and place an order. This step ticks when you copy the link from the checklist, or when your first store order arrives.
Take your first order
Choose New order and type in an order from a call or chat. You only need the buyer's phone, name, address, state and at least one item.
Invite your team
Choose Open, enter a teammate's email and choose Send invite. This step ticks once a second person has joined or been invited. You only see it if you are allowed to invite people.
Good to know
- Choose Hide to put the checklist away. It stays hidden in that browser. It also disappears by itself once every step is done.
- Only people who can manage the workspace, products or agents see the checklist.
- Free Hustler has 2 products and 1 staff seat. During the trial you can add more; after the trial, extra products and teammates need a paid plan. Nothing you added is deleted.
